Cooking instructions: (serves 2)
Preheat oven to 200C.
Place Chicken Breasts in a medium baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
After cooking for 25 minutes, remove aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes until skin is crispy and golden brown.
