If you were a previous Gourmet loyalty or E Commerce customer, we have converted your Loyalty account and you do not have to do anything to join the Gourmet Society
We have transferred any points you may have had under the previous Gourmet Loyalty scheme to the Gourmet Society.

Collect Tier Points
1 Tier Point for every 1 EGP spent *
Tier Points are your key to upgrading within the Gourmet Society. They are earned for purchases worth EGP 500 or more, whether made in-store or online. By accumulating these points, you can upgrade from Silver to Gold, and ultimately reach VIP. Each upgrade brings with it an array of privileges and exclusive rewards.
* Only on purchases over EGP 500.

Redeem Loyalty Points
1 Loyalty Point is redeemable for EGP 1.
You can redeem your loyalty points online or in-store at the checkout register against a shopping bill.
You can also choose to Redeem your Loyalty Points against a range of products on the Gourmet Application, which be found on the relevant page
Tier Points Vs Loyalty Points
The difference lies in their purpose and redeemability.
Tier Points:
Are accumulated to determine your status within the program, such as Silver (0 to 30,000 Tier Points), Gold (30,000 to 60,000 Tier Points), or VIP (60,000+ Tier Points). Tier Points cannot be redeemed directly for rewards.
They are accumulated during each Quarter of the Year:
1st Quarter – January, February and March
2nd Quarter – April, May and June
3rd Quarter – July, August and September
4th Quarter – October, November and December
The points are re-set to zero at the beginning of each Quarter.
Loyalty Points:
Can be redeemed for shopping or other various rewards within the program. So, while Tier Points determine your status, Loyalty Points can be used to redeem rewards.
Double Point Days
Select days in the month where Loyalty Points earned on purchases of EGP 500 or more are doubled. Meaning you'll receive 20 Loyalty Points instead of the usual 10 when you spend EGP 500, or 40 Loyalty Points instead of 20 when you spend EGP 1,000, and so on.
Star Product Points are NOT doubled.

Star Products
Special items that earn you additional Loyalty Points with every purchase, regardless of the total transaction value.
These products are marked by a star symbol. Be sure to keep an eye on the GOLD STAR!
Unlocking A Higher Tier
The first level, Silver, is earned upon your free enrollment in our Loyalty Program at any Gourmet branch or online platform. Members will be upgraded from Silver to Gold then VIP level upon meeting each scheme’s qualifications.
Earn a total of 30,000* Tier Points during a Quarter to unlock Gold.
Earn a total of 60,000* Tier Points during a Quarter to unlock VIP.
Helpful Tip:
Family members can use a single account for their collective purchases, to rise to higher Tier.
- Just take a photo of the account Barcode / QR code and scan it at the checkout
- Use the logged in account of the main user to place an order
- NB only the logged in account holder can redeem points instore or online.
- Responsibility for the Redemption of points lies with the Account holder, Gourmet has no responsibility with regard to Loyalty Points redemption if via the Logged in Account (OTP confirmed)

Tier Upgrade / Maintaining
Once you have earned the required Tier Points, your upgrade or maintenance of your Tier will be immediate on your account.
This will happen during the Quarter that you achieve the required Tier Points, from that date forward for the rest of that Quarter and for the whole of the next Quarter.
Tier Downgrade
The Tier downgrade will take place if the required Tier Points for each tier are not earned within the specified quarterly periods. These periods are as follows:
We will maintain your Tier for a grace period of three months prior to downgrading. After the grace period, your Tier level will be determined based on the total Tier Points earned within the three-month grace period.

Loyalty Points Collection & Redemption
- Welcome Points happen once with every new tier upgrade.
- In order to collect Loyalty & Tier Points, members should present their Gourmet Society Cards, app QR / Barcode code or provide their pre-registered mobile number at the checkout counter while completing the purchase.
- Extra Loyalty Points earned through promotional offers, such as Star Products and Double Point Days, do not accumulate Tier Points.
- With every EGP 500 spent in the same transaction, members will get 10 Loyalty Points.
- Selected items (Star Products) online and at Gourmet stores might provide members with extra Loyalty Points even if their invoice is below EGP 500.
- Redemption can happen in-store or online after purchase was completed and Loyalty Points were earned.
- When redeeming in-store, members have to use their registered mobile number to receive an OTP at checkout. For online redemption, Loyalty Points can be applied upon checkout.
- Gourmet Society Loyalty Program will have consecutive cycles with predefined timelines related to Loyalty & Tier Points’ expirations. Collected Loyalty & Tier Points will automatically expire based on the predefined cycle dates and cannot be transferred or used in the next cycle.
Loyalty Points Balance Inquiry
- Gourmet Society members can check their statement on the receipt during purchases or on the Gourmet website and application.
- Loyalty & Tier Points collected during purchases will automatically be credited to members’ accounts. The balance as of the day of purchase will be printed on the customer receipt. In case of any delays, the new Loyalty & Tier Points balance will be shown on the next visit.
General Terms & Conditions
- Members are requested to provide their personal details and keep Gourmet Egypt informed of any changes. Gourmet cannot be held responsible for any loss of points incurred as a result of outdated details.
- Gold & VIP members from the same family can accumulate points under one customer account number.
- In case of loss, replacement cards will be issued by Gourmet Egypt and the balance will be added to the new card.
- Gourmet Egypt is entitled to remove points from the member’s account at any time if purchased products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products. Gourmet Society card or registered mobile number must be presented during refund and exchange transactions.
- The scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Gourmet cards cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.
- Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme, members forfeit the right to any points already accrued or issued.
- The Gourmet Loyalty & Tier Points are not transferable. Loyalty Points can only be redeemed by the registered account’s owner.
- Gourmet Egypt reserves the right to cancel any account in case of violation of the terms and conditions of the program.
- Gourmet Society cards can only be used for purchases from Gourmet Egypt and promotional partners who are part of the scheme (if any).
- The Gourmet Society cards and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Gourmet Egypt which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of the program.
