Cooking Instructions
"Oven Instructions:
1. Defrost at room temperature for 1-2 hours or overnight in fridge.
2. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
3. Place pastilla in oven brush with melted butter or egg yolk for crispiness.
4. Cook in oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown (increase to 200 C for the last 5 minutes if needed).
5. Let cool for 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
Air fryer Instructions:
1. Defrost at room temperature for 1-2 hours or overnight in fridge.
2. Brush with melted butter or egg yolk for crispiness.
3. Place it in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes 190 °C.
4. Increase to 200 C for the last 3-5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving."
