Frozen Peas & Carrots, Givrex

A delicious mixture of sweet green peas and young carrots. The peas are carefully sorted and selected, then immediately frozen in order to prevent start from forming. Carrots are derived from young carrots chosen among the best varieties. The carrots are then washed, peeled, and water is removed before being frozen. A nutritive vegetable mix great for preparing stews and soups.
