Cooking instructions: (serves 2-4)
Preheat pan/grill and grease with some Vegetable Oil.
Grill quail skin down for 5 to 7 minutes, until browned. Turn quail and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve with a side of noodles and enjoy.
